We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and conversion optimization to help scale brand visibility and generate measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and website traffic
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Create and optimize content marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
- Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and CRO techniques
- Coordinate email marketing and automation workflows to nurture leads and improve engagement
- Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising platforms
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Knowledge of content strategy and social media marketing
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with startups or SMEs
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Advertising
- Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page optimization
