Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs, motions, and correspondence
Conduct basic legal research on civil litigation and contract-related matters
Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and legal documentation
Support contract review by highlighting key clauses and potential issues
Schedule meetings, court dates, and client appointments
Help gather case information from clients and maintain communication logs
