Electrical Project Coordinator

seeking an organized and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee electrical projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will support project operations, coordinate field teams, manage schedules, and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects
Schedule technicians, subcontractors, and project resources efficiently
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements
Communicate with clients regarding project progress and service updates
Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and quotations
Support procurement of electrical equipment and supplies
Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution
Help manage emergency service requests and urgent maintenance scheduling

Required Qualifications:

Experience in construction, electrical operations, or project coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of electrical systems and industry terminology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage schedules and prioritize deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in electrical contracting or facility management
Experience coordinating commercial or industrial projects
Familiarity with safety compliance and electrical regulations
Project management certification is a plus
